Arrival at Base Village
03:00 – 03:30 PM: Arrive at Samrad village
- Freshen up and get ready for the trek
Early Morning Trek – Sunrise at Taramati Peak

04:00 AM: Start trek from Samrad village

Trail: Steep climb via ridge; carry flashlight/headlamp

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the departure date: 70% refund of the total trip cost.

If cancelled more than 7-14 days prior to departure, 50% of the total fees will be refunded.

If cancelled within 7 days of departure or during the event, 30 % refunds will be provided.
- Cancellation made within 3 days of the departure date: no Refund
- No shows and early deapartures during the trip: No Refunds

Timings and schedules are theoretical; actual conditions may vary due to natural or man-made factors. This may result in cancellation or changes to sightseeing spots.

🔴 Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

🔴 No seat changes will be entertained during the trip. Any changes require mutual agreement among travelers.

We require a minimum of 15 travelers to run the trip. Trekways reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum batch size is not met.

Changes in the plan or schedule may occur due to weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances.
The Trek Leader’s decision will be final in all such situations.
