Location:
Alibag is a coastal town in Raigad district, Maharashtra, India. It’s situated about 95 km south of Mumbai and is part of the Konkan region. Being on the Arabian Sea coast, it’s known for its beaches and coastal forts.
Significance:
Tourism: Alibag is a popular weekend getaway from Mumbai and Pune. People visit for its beaches, forts, and natural scenery.
Historical Importance: Alibag has a rich history linked to the Maratha Empire. It was a part of the Maratha kingdom under Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Fortifications: Famous forts include Kolaba Fort, which is partly submerged in the sea and accessible during low tide.

Please do not carry trolley bags. Carry only a single rucksack or backpack.
Cancellation policy:
If cancelled prior to 48hrs from the time of departure, 50% of the total fees would be waived/refunded.
Incase of cancellation within the 48hrs prior to departure/during the event, no refunds.
Note : The timings and schedule are practised theoretically and actual may vary on the conditions at site depending on natural/man-made calamities. This may also result in cancellation/change of spot/s of sightseeing.

🔴Your registration will be confirmed only after the acceptance of complete Trip Fees.
🔴 your payment implies that you have read all the terms and conditions has below and accept it.
🔴 Seats arrangment will be the first come first serve at the time of pickup and it will be same throughout journey
🔴 Trekways do not hold any rights to reserve seats for anyone.
🔴 Any fights regarding seating arrangement would result in dismissal of both the parties and would not be liable for any refunds
🔴 Team Trekways will allocate rooms as per gender. If you are group of 3-5 people then with prior notice team Trekways may allocate seperate room if possible
🔴 First two seats will be reserved for leaders to show route to the drivers while other seats are open for others
🔴Carry your personal valuable things, cameras to event on own responsibility.
🔴 Team Trekways creates a whatsapp group of participants a day before departure.please make sure you’re added to that group as it contains vital information like pickup points/things to carry etc.
🔴 Trekways will not provide any special leisure time at the site as we have a schedule to follow incase if anyone does so with/without informing the leader Trekways has the right to continue with schedule without the people
🔴Food and stay arrangements are done as per the theme of backpacking/treks so kindly don’t consider too lavish
🔴Backpacking trips arranged for the people who are looking out for pocket friendly and gather as much as experience from a given place.
